Simple Embroidery Pricing
There are a lot of different variables to account for when determining embroidery pricing. Stitch count, quantity, colors, and size just to name a few. As a result embroidery price lists are often long and quite confusing.
We have done our best to strip our pricing down to the bare minimum. This makes our costs simpler, and easier to anticipate. Check out our complete pricelist below.

How Many Stitches Are In My Design?
Your average 2 inch circle logo has around 10,000 stitches in it. The larger and more complicated the artwork is, the greater number of stitches, while the smaller, and simpler the logo, the fewer number of stitches.
As a point of reference, the Harvest Prep logo in the adjacent picture has 11,000 stitches. The photo underneath has only 4,800 stitches.

What Qualifies As An Oversized Item?
An Oversized Item is any item that is larger or thicker than can reliably be hooped on our embroidery machines. Backpacks, Catchers Bags, Horse Blankets, Suitcases, Parkas, and the like are considered to be oversized items.
This does not apply to regular clothing articles in larger sizes, but does apply to larger parkas and puffy jackets regardless of size. For example, a 3XL Tall hoodie, tee, or polo would not be considered an oversized item. But a size XS down parka would be an oversized item.
When Is My Order A Rush?
Rush charges only apply to those orders requested to be completed before the posted lead time (Located On the Embroidery Page). If we complete it before the posted lead time of our own accord no rush charge will be applied. If a rush is required, please check with us to ensure we can get it done for you before placing the order.
Another important note is that the lead time for every order does not begin until after we have received both the art, and the apparel for the order.
What Is Digitization?
Digitization is the process of converting your artwork from a image or vector file into an executable file for our embroidery machines. This fee only applied the first time an artwork is used. We keep the art on file for any future reorders.
If we have never run the art for you before but you have your art in a .dst file format already, sending that files will eliminate the need for a digitization fee.
